Built to Your Spec.
As the manufacturer, we take custom orders straight onto our own production line — private label, modified designs, non-standard configurations, and volume builds no reseller can quote.

Modified Designs
Volume Builds
Site-wide equipment programs, contractor fleet kits, and annual supply agreements with consistent unit pricing.
Certified to Your Market
EN, ANSI, CSA, NFPA — specify the standard(s) required and the factory builds and tests accordingly.
How it works
From spec to
shipment.
A custom order runs through five stages. You work directly with our own engineering and production teams at every stage.
Lead times are estimates for standard custom configurations. Complex engineering changes or new product development may take longer. We’ll confirm exact timelines at the quote stage.

Start your order
We make this straightforward.
You don’t need to be an engineer to start a custom order. Describe what you’re trying to achieve and we’ll translate it into a factory-ready spec. If you’ve already built something similar, tell us — it cuts weeks off the process.
Every order is managed end to end by Safe Point International. There is no factory in between.
Still have a question?
If it’s not answered here, send it to us directly. We respond to every enquiry.
Yes, for designs within our own technical scope. We have engineering capability for new product development, not just modifications to existing lines. New product development requires a detailed technical brief, a longer lead time (typically 16–24 weeks), and higher minimum quantities. Submit what you have and we'll confirm what's possible.
Yes — certification is a requirement, not an option. Every custom unit is tested to the specified standard before shipment. CE declarations of conformity and original test reports are included with every order. If you need CSA, ANSI, or NFPA in addition to or instead of CE, specify this at the brief stage.
After you approve the quote, the factory produces 1–3 pre-production samples to your exact specification. These are shipped to you in Canada for physical review and approval. You can request modifications at this stage — if the changes are minor, we absorb them; significant changes may require a revised quote. The volume run only begins after you sign off in writing.
Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment from China. For established customers with a track record, we can discuss credit terms. All pricing is in CAD and includes our import, customs, and domestic delivery costs to your door.
Generally no — the MOQ applies per SKU (each size, colour, or configuration counts separately). However, for private label kits where all variants use the same base product and the only difference is packaging, we may be able to combine counts. Raise this when you submit your spec and we'll confirm what's feasible.
All equipment is inspected on the line before packing, and again before despatch. If defects are identified in a batch, we quarantine the affected units, notify you immediately, and rework or replace them as required. Equipment is never shipped to you with known defects.
