Suspension in a harness becomes dangerous long before it becomes fatal. Time the drill, do not estimate it.
Who is trained and on shift?
Equipment on the wall is not capability. A rescue plan names people, not products.
What does the casualty attach to?
A triangle, a chest harness or their own dorsal ring — decided before the incident, not during it.
